About The Conference:

iGlobal Forum is pleased to present the upcoming 9th Specialty Finance Summit taking place in New York on January 30th and 31st, 2018. As the economy continues to improve towards historical GDP growth rates, the specialty finance industry continues to expand to meet the needs of small businesses and consumers. After the Federal Open Market Committee also began its largest post-recession policy shift in October, there are questions on how this will impact the market in 2018. Meanwhile, employment has risen, household spending increased and business fixed investments have continued to expand at moderate rates. It is forecasted that positive economic trends will continue to support financing and M&A activity within the specialty finance sector as businesses reach scale and seek further consolidation opportunity. iGlobal Forum’s 9th Specialty Finance Summit will bring together the leading players from all sides of the specialty finance industry, discussing the major shifts in geopolitical, economic and technological factors affecting investment opportunities today. It will show you how you can thrive during periods of uncertainty and exploit new asset classes, geographies and partnerships to better meet market needs and provide attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Jessica Bailey co-founded Greenworks Lending, LLC (GWL) in 2015 with the goal of accelerating Property Assessed Clean Energy-financed clean energy projects throughout the United States.

Prior to GWL, Bailey was with the Connecticut Green Bank as the Director of Commercial and Industrial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE), where she joined in August 2012. In this role, she designed an award winning state-wide PACE program that allows building owners to access financing to perform clean energy improvements on their properties. In its first two years, the program approved $75 million in clean energy projects and executed the first securitization of commercial efficiency assets. According to the Hartford Business Journal in 2015, “Jessica Bailey and her team at the Green Bank transformed the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program from words on a legislative bill in 2011 to a fully functioning initiative that is highly regarded as the national standard for PACE programs around the country.”

Bailey worked from 2004-2012 at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF), an $800 million foundation based in New York. As the Fund’s program officer for sustainable development, she co-managed a $7 million portfolio of grants focused on combating climate change and promoting clean energy. Prior to joining the RBF, Jessica spent time working at the United Nations, Physicians for Social Responsibility, and on a research project in Ecuador.

In 2015, Bailey was appointed to the Board of PACENow, the leading industry association and advocacy organization for PACE. She was named a “Champion of Change” by the White House for solar deployment in 2014. The Hartford Business Journal dubbed her a “Green Warrior” for her work to design the successful Connecticut C-PACE program. She sits on the board of the New England Clean Energy Council. She received her graduate degree from Yale University and undergraduate from the University of Notre Dame. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and four children.
