Mr. Bross has in excess of 18 years of financial and asset management experience and in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for managing capital markets, finance, operations, legal and compliance, marketing, human resources, and technology. Prior to forming Latitude20, Mr. Bross served as Executive Director, Head of Strategic Projects at The International Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Bross was mandated to lead the organization’s strategic and capital markets initiatives and served as the primary liaison between the credit and operations team. Accomplishments include managing the largest non-bank trade finance securitization to date (2013) and structuring and managing efforts in becoming a sub-advisor for the first publically traded impact based mutual fund. Prior to joining the International Investment Group, Mr. Bross co-founded Argon Venture Partners, the first California-Western Canada technology venture capital firm in which he managed the diligence efforts on potential investments, spearheaded partnerships with universities, the Canadian government, IBM and served as the fundraising partner. Prior to forming Argon, Mr. Bross served as Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital for the National Investors Group S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Bank of Kuwait. He commenced his career in the leveraged finance group at CIBC World Markets. During his career, Mr. Bross has been part of in excess of US$4.7 Billion of transactions Mr. Bross received his B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University and was a 2014 Recipient of The M&A Advisor 5th Annual 40 Under 40 Recognition Award.

Rana Mitra is a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, focused on making opportunistic credit and special situations investments, primarily via three principal strategies – specialty finance, corporate and real estate. Prior to joining Atalaya, Mr. Mitra was a Vice President at Del Mar Asset Management, L.P. a multi-strategy hedge fund. At Del Mar, Mr. Mitra primarily focused on private credit and distressed investments and also reviewed relative value investments across bank debt, bonds, CDS and equities. Prior to Del Mar, Mr. Mitra was a Director at Marc Bell Capital Partners, LLC a special situations investment firm involved in private equity, credit and public equity investments. Mr. Mitra began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Mitra received his BS in Economics, summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Marsiello joined Pine Brook in April 2010 and is a managing director. He is dedicated to the commercial bank and consumer and commercial finance segments of Pine Brook’s financial services investment practice. Mr. Marsiello currently represents Pine Brook as a director of Amedeo Capital Limited, Strategic Funding Source Holdings, LLC, and United PanAm Financial Corp.

Mr. Marsiello, who began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. in 1974, has more than 44 years of cycle-tested experience. He retired in February 2008 as vice chairman and chief lending officer of CIT Group. Previously at CIT Group, Mr. Marsiello served as group chief executive in the Commercial Finance Group. Through the Business Credit Group (asset-based and cash flow loans) and Commercial Services Group (the largest U.S. factoring company), the Commercial Finance Group served 3,000 clients representing $9 billion (18%) of CIT Group’s managed assets and 25% of the company’s net income.

Mr. Marsiello is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association. In the fall of 2008, the Turnaround Management Association elected him to the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Hall of Fame. He also serves as a trustee of St. Francis College (Investment Committee Chair) and of National Jewish Health in Denver, CO.

Mr. Marsiello holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Francis College, a Certificate in Banking Management from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers, and an M.B.A. from Pace University. He also has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

From 2001-2003, Mr. Rosen was an analyst in CIBC World Market's New York Sponsor Coverage/Leveraged Finance Group. During this period, Mr. Rosen facilitated numerous private equity related transactions including levered loans, high yield bonds, equity co-investments and Private Equity LP investments. Following CIBC, Mr. Rosen joined Wellspring Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on middle market value investments, as a senior associate, where he was involved with over $225 million of equity investments by the firm including working on the firm's successful acquisition and public listing of Susser Holdings and acting as a temporary CFO for a distressed portfolio company.

In September 2007, Mr. Rosen joined Solar Capital Partners. Since joining, he has helped lead in excess of $2.0 billion of commitments including debt investments, control equity investments, joint ventures and other strategic firm activities. Mr. Rosen has actively worked on the origination, underwriting and portfolio management of Solar Capital Partner's specialty and commercial finance investments and is a member of the Board of Managers for Crystal Financial and Gemino Healthcare Finance.

Mr. Rosen graduated from Cornell University's College of Arts & Sciences in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Government. While at Cornell, he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a member of the Cornell Men's Rugby Football Club.

Chris Donohoe is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P and he leads the Specialty Finance team. He advises on a broad range of strategic issues, including capital raising for specialty finance companies, which include equipment leasing and finance, commercial finance, BDCs, consumer finance, mortgage, credit cards, solar finance and a range of other non-bank financial services, online lending and fintech companies. Mr. Donohoe has 20 years of experience as an investment banker to the specialty finance industry.Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill in 2012, Mr. Donohoe was a Managing Director and the head of the specialty finance investment banking effort at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to that, he held Managing Director roles at Bank of America and J.P. Morgan, where he also focused on the specialty finance sector. Edward Wu is the Director of Originations for Revere Capital with responsibility for the origination of special situations debt opportunities with emphasis on sourcing, originating and underwriting real and financial asset based loans. Mr. Wu’s prior tenure includes leadership positions in investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, and Bryant Park Capital, where he primarily focused on advising in M&A and equity and debt placements in a range of industries and transaction structure types, including debt placements, such as ABL revolving credit facilities and senior and subordinated term loans, as well as cash and stock mergers, LBOs, restructurings and reorganizations, IPOs and follow-on offerings. He served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific at TradeCard, Inc, now GTNexus an INFOR Company, where he built the global supplier business to a network of over 20,000 companies. Mr. Lin spent three years at NewView Technologies. Mr. Lin initially ran the North American West Coast business and then established their first overseas operation in Sydney, Australia and served as General Manager of Australasia. Before NewView, Mr. Lin held senior business development and finance positions in the US, Hong Kong and Taiwan for Omnivision Technologies, Cargill Financial Markets Group and Lupton Steel and Metal. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on supply chain and trade finance. Mr. Uhlein is the Managing Principal of Grenadier Capital LLC, a boutique merchant banking firm focused on the specialty finance sector, distressed assets and companies in the growth phase. Grenadier Capital has recently been active with clients and products relating to: REO acquisition and finance; a company with a patented single serve chilled still or carbonated beverage machine; and a company which buys NPLs with the mission of keeping under water borrowers in their homes, among others. In the past year, Grenadier Capital made investments in a REO specialty finance company as well the company which has a patented beverage machine. Mr. Uhlein is also an Adjunct Lecturer at NYU, currently teaching two courses in finance. Previously, Mr. Uhlein worked at Ambac Financial Group for over 15 years, as Executive Vice President and was Founder and Chairman of Ambac UK Ltd. Jessica Bailey co-founded Greenworks Lending, LLC (GWL) in 2015 with the goal of accelerating Property Assessed Clean Energy-financed clean energy projects throughout the United States.

Prior to GWL, Bailey was with the Connecticut Green Bank as the Director of Commercial and Industrial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE), where she joined in August 2012. In this role, she designed an award winning state-wide PACE program that allows building owners to access financing to perform clean energy improvements on their properties. In its first two years, the program approved $75 million in clean energy projects and executed the first securitization of commercial efficiency assets. According to the Hartford Business Journal in 2015, “Jessica Bailey and her team at the Green Bank transformed the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program from words on a legislative bill in 2011 to a fully functioning initiative that is highly regarded as the national standard for PACE programs around the country.”

Bailey worked from 2004-2012 at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF), an $800 million foundation based in New York. As the Fund’s program officer for sustainable development, she co-managed a $7 million portfolio of grants focused on combating climate change and promoting clean energy. Prior to joining the RBF, Jessica spent time working at the United Nations, Physicians for Social Responsibility, and on a research project in Ecuador.

In 2015, Bailey was appointed to the Board of PACENow, the leading industry association and advocacy organization for PACE. She was named a “Champion of Change” by the White House for solar deployment in 2014. The Hartford Business Journal dubbed her a “Green Warrior” for her work to design the successful Connecticut C-PACE program. She sits on the board of the New England Clean Energy Council. She received her graduate degree from Yale University and undergraduate from the University of Notre Dame. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and four children.

Mr. Srivastava also leads TriplePoint’s international business segment. Mr. Srivastava has served as a voting member of TriplePoint’s Investment Committee since inception. Mr. Srivastava brings a strong venture leasing, lending, and technology finance background to TriplePoint Capital and TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp. He carries a unique perspective, having worked on the investment side in concert with his expertise in the operational and servicing aspects of the business. Prior to TriplePoint, Mr. Srivastava worked at Comdisco Ventures, where he worked directly with Jim Labe, the other co-founder of TriplePoint Capital, and the founder and CEO of Comdisco Ventures. While at Comdisco Ventures, Mr. Srivastava served as the as head of their Investment and Credit Analyst team, and structured, negotiated, and managed over $200 million of transactions. Prior to Comdisco Ventures, Mr. Srivastava was a financial analyst in the technology investment banking group at Prudential Securities working on debt and equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions advisory services.

Robyn Barrett is the managing member of FSW Funding, an independently owned and operated factoring firm. FSW Funding helps small to mid-sized companies secure funding that may not otherwise be available by giving them access to the capital needed to grow.
Ms. Barrett began her career at Restaura, Inc. in Phoenix, a food contract management company [subsidiary of the Greyhound Corporation], where she was responsible for monthly close and analysis as well as external reporting of payroll information. Ms. Barrett left The Dial Corporation to enter the world of corporate finance at FINOVA Capital Corporation, a Phoenix-based publicly traded commercial lender. Over the course of five years, her talents for financial budgeting and forecasting, marketing analysis, customer relations, business development and financial negotiations were recognized with a series of promotions.

In 2001, Barrett founded Phoenix-based FSW Funding. With sixteen years of experience in factoring, she has the knowledge and know-how to help small businesses secure financing and be poised for success.

Barrett holds a master’s degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University and is an active member of numerous industry organizations including: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA); Turnaround Management Association (TMA); Risk Management Association (RMA); International Factoring Association; Commercial Finance Association, and the Association for Corporate Growth. David spent the first half of his career in various roles in the capital markets division of both Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. His last role at JP Morgan was as co-head of equity derivatives sales and trading for the Asia Pacific region. In 2003, David became a senior advisor to the Presidential Campaign of General Wes Clark and later served as a consultant to several senior Members of Congress, including to the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, the Chair of the Senate Agriculture Committee and the Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee’s Capital Markets Subcommittee. David is a fellow at the Bipartisan Policy Center, focusing on capital markets competitiveness and financial regulation.

As a Partner with CapX Partners, Eric is responsible for investing in middle market companies with an emphasis on energy, technology, manufacturing and healthcare industries, seeking to help foster job growth. Focusing on companies concerned with sustainability and energy efficiency, Eric’s responsibilities include building the firm’s energy efficiency financing platform, and, as manager of the firm’s New York office, incorporating best practices into the CapX workflow utilizing traditional and cloud-based solutions.

Eric has over 20 years of fund management and business development experience, with extensive background in developing and implementing research models designed to identify investment opportunities and manage risk.

Prior to joining CapX in 2008, Eric worked as a hedge fund manager and was a member of the risk committee at Forest Investment Management. Previous to that, Eric owned Starr Capital Management, which was acquired by Forest in 2005. While at Starr, Eric managed a multi-strategy hedge fund that focused on quantitative, non-directional strategies. Eric’s fund management career began when he co-founded Aventine Investment Management in 1994. Prior to that, Eric traded currency and currency derivatives for Refco and Union Bank of Switzerland.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
A dedicated environmentalist, Eric lives with his wife and family in New York.

Bailey worked from 2004-2012 at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF), an $800 million foundation based in New York. As the Fund’s program officer for sustainable development, she co-managed a $7 million portfolio of grants focused on combating climate change and promoting clean energy. Prior to joining the RBF, Jessica spent time working at the United Nations, Physicians for Social Responsibility, and on a research project in Ecuador.

Focusing on companies concerned with sustainability and energy efficiency, Eric’s responsibilities include building the firm’s energy efficiency financing platform, and, as manager of the firm’s New York office, incorporating best practices into the CapX workflow utilizing traditional and cloud-based solutions.

Eric has over 20 years of fund management and business development experience, with extensive background in developing and implementing research models designed to identify investment opportunities and manage risk.

Prior to joining CapX in 2008, Eric worked as a hedge fund manager and was a member of the risk committee at Forest Investment Management. Previous to that, Eric owned Starr Capital Management, which was acquired by Forest in 2005. While at Starr, Eric managed a multi-strategy hedge fund that focused on quantitative, non-directional strategies. Eric’s fund management career began when he co-founded Aventine Investment Management in 1994. Prior to that, Eric traded currency and currency derivatives for Refco and Union Bank of Switzerland.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Mr. Marsiello is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association. Mr. Marsiello, who began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. in 1974, has more than 44 years of cycle-tested experience. He retired in February 2008 as vice chairman and chief lending officer of CIT Group. Previously at CIT Group, Mr. Marsiello served as group chief executive in the Commercial Finance Group. Through the Business Credit Group (asset-based and cash flow loans) and Commercial Services Group (the largest U.S. factoring company), the Commercial Finance Group served 3,000 clients representing $9 billion (18%) of CIT Group’s managed assets and 25% of the company’s net income.

Mr. Marsiello is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association. In the fall of 2008, the Turnaround Management Association elected him to the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Hall of Fame. He also serves as a trustee of St. Francis College (Investment Committee Chair) and of National Jewish Health in Denver, CO.

Following CIBC, Mr. Rosen joined Wellspring Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on middle market value investments, as a senior associate, where he was involved with over $225 million of equity investments by the firm including working on the firm's successful acquisition and public listing of Susser Holdings and acting as a temporary CFO for a distressed portfolio company.

In September 2007, Mr. Rosen joined Solar Capital Partners. Since joining, he has helped lead in excess of $2.0 billion of commitments including debt investments, control equity investments, joint ventures and other strategic firm activities. Mr. Rosen has actively worked on the origination, underwriting and portfolio management of Solar Capital Partner's specialty and commercial finance investments and is a member of the Board of Managers for Crystal Financial and Gemino Healthcare Finance.

Jessica Bailey co-founded Greenworks Lending, LLC (GWL) in 2015 with the goal of accelerating Property Assessed Clean Energy-financed clean energy projects throughout the United States.

Prior to GWL, Bailey was with the Connecticut Green Bank as the Director of Commercial and Industrial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE), where she joined in August 2012. In this role, she designed an award winning state-wide PACE program that allows building owners to access financing to perform clean energy improvements on their properties. In its first two years, the program approved $75 million in clean energy projects and executed the first securitization of commercial efficiency assets. According to the Hartford Business Journal in 2015, “Jessica Bailey and her team at the Green Bank transformed the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program from words on a legislative bill in 2011 to a fully functioning initiative that is highly regarded as the national standard for PACE programs around the country.”

Bailey worked from 2004-2012 at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF), an $800 million foundation based in New York. As the Fund’s program officer for sustainable development, she co-managed a $7 million portfolio of grants focused on combating climate change and promoting clean energy. Prior to joining the RBF, Jessica spent time working at the United Nations, Physicians for Social Responsibility, and on a research project in Ecuador.

In 2015, Bailey was appointed to the Board of PACENow, the leading industry association and advocacy organization for PACE. She was named a “Champion of Change” by the White House for solar deployment in 2014. The Hartford Business Journal dubbed her a “Green Warrior” for her work to design the successful Connecticut C-PACE program. She sits on the board of the New England Clean Energy Council. Ms. Barrett began her career at Restaura, Inc. in Phoenix, a food contract management company [subsidiary of the Greyhound Corporation], where she was responsible for monthly close and analysis as well as external reporting of payroll information. Ms. Barrett left The Dial Corporation to enter the world of corporate finance at FINOVA Capital Corporation, a Phoenix-based publicly traded commercial lender. Over the course of five years, her talents for financial budgeting and forecasting, marketing analysis, customer relations, business development and financial negotiations were recognized with a series of promotions.

In 2001, Barrett founded Phoenix-based FSW Funding. With sixteen years of experience in factoring, she has the knowledge and know-how to help small businesses secure financing and be poised for success.

While at Starr, Eric managed a multi-strategy hedge fund that focused on quantitative, non-directional strategies. Eric’s fund management career began when he co-founded Aventine Investment Management in 1994. Prior to that, Eric traded currency and currency derivatives for Refco and Union Bank of Switzerland.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments and detailed conference materials.
  • Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.

iGlobal Forum Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy

  • You may substitute delegates at any time. iGlobal Forum does not provide refunds for cancellations.
  • For cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the conference you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another iGlobal Forum conference for up to one year from the date of issuance.
  • For cancellations received seven (7) days or less prior to an event (including day 7), no credit will be issued. In the event that iGlobal Forum cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future iGlobal Forum event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.
  • In the event that iGlobal Forum postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future iGlobal Forum event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
  • iGlobal Forum is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. iGlobal Forum shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
  • Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, iGlobal Forum reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
