Andrea Petro is an Executive Vice President and Division Manager of the Lender Finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance, based in Dallas, Texas. The Lender Finance division is a leading provider of credit facilities starting at $15 million to middle-market, specialty finance companies throughout North America such as factors and asset-based lenders, equipment leasing and finance companies, and other specialty finance companies. With over 20 years of experience in the asset-based lending industry, Andrea Petro established the Lender Finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2000, which was known as Wells Fargo Foothill at the time, with the exclusive mission of providing financing for specialty finance companies. Her success with the Lender Finance division led to the expansion of her role and the formation of the Resort Finance and Supply Chain Finance units. Prior to joining Foothill, Andrea was Senior Vice President, National Marketing Manager of the Financial Services Funding Division of Transamerica Business Credit. Andrea earned her bachelor of arts degree from Kent State University and her masters of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She serves on the board of the Commercial Finance Association as vice president of finance. Additionally, she serves as a member of the board of directors of the Commercial Finance Association Education Foundation and a member of the Philanthropy Council of the North Texas Food Bank. David is currently President& CEO of Siena Lending Group, an independent specialty finance company, headquartered in Stamford, CT. He started this business in 2012.

Prior to Siena, David was CEO of Burdale Capital Finance (BCF) a wholly owned asset based lending subsidiary of the Bank of Ireland which provided transatlantic financing solutions to a $1.7B portfolio of clients. In 2006, David was hired to start BCF which was sold to Wells Fargo in 2012 as part of the bank deleveraging required by the IMF bailout of Ireland.

Before starting Burdale, David was a Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory Services practice at Huron Consulting Group.

David started his career at the CIT Group\Credit Finance, eventuallybecoming EVP/Chief Operating Officer.

David earned a Bachelor of Science, Economics, from City College of New York and was a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).

Mr. Marsiello joined Pine Brook in April 2010 and is a managing director. He is dedicated to the commercial bank and consumer and commercial finance segments of Pine Brook’s financial services investment practice. Mr. Marsiello currently represents Pine Brook as a director of Amedeo Capital Limited, Strategic Funding Source Holdings, LLC, and United PanAm Financial Corp.

Mr. Marsiello, who began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. in 1974, has more than 44 years of cycle-tested experience. He retired in February 2008 as vice chairman and chief lending officer of CIT Group. Previously at CIT Group, Mr. Marsiello served as group chief executive in the Commercial Finance Group. Through the Business Credit Group (asset-based and cash flow loans) and Commercial Services Group (the largest U.S. factoring company), the Commercial Finance Group served 3,000 clients representing $9 billion (18%) of CIT Group’s managed assets and 25% of the company’s net income.

Mr. Marsiello is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association. In the fall of 2008, the Turnaround Management Association elected him to the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Hall of Fame. He also serves as a trustee of St. Francis College (Investment Committee Chair) and of National Jewish Health in Denver, CO.

Mr. Marsiello holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Francis College, a Certificate in Banking Management from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers, and an M.B.A. from Pace University. He also has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

In 2010, Mr. Winicour raised equity from a family office to lead a management buyout of GFC with the formation of Gibraltar.

Scott is active in many industry organizations including the Turnaround Management Association, Commercial Finance Association, Association for Corporate Growth and the American Bankruptcy Institute. During this period, Mr. Rosen facilitated numerous private equity related transactions including levered loans, high yield bonds, equity co-investments and Private Equity LP investments. Following CIBC, Mr. Rosen joined Wellspring Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on middle market value investments, as a senior associate, where he was involved with over $225 million of equity investments by the firm including working on the firm's successful acquisition and public listing of Susser Holdings and acting as a temporary CFO for a distressed portfolio company.

In September 2007, Mr. Rosen joined Solar Capital Partners. Since joining, he has helped lead in excess of $2.0 billion of commitments including debt investments, control equity investments, joint ventures and other strategic firm activities. Mr. Rosen has actively worked on the origination, underwriting and portfolio management of Solar Capital Partner's specialty and commercial finance investments and is a member of the Board of Managers for Crystal Financial and Gemino Healthcare Finance.

Mr. Eckel has led Hannon Armstrong in the role of President and CEO since 2000, and was also with the firm from 1985 to 1989. Previously, he held senior executive positions as Chief Executive Officer of EnergyWorks, LLC and Wärtsilä Power Development. Grenadier Capital has recently been active with clients and products relating to: REO acquisition and finance; a company with a patented single serve chilled still or carbonated beverage machine; and a company which buys NPLs with the mission of keeping under water borrowers in their homes, among others. Mr. Uhlein is also an Adjunct Lecturer at NYU, currently teaching two courses in finance. He was also President and CEO of the Wilmington Funds, a $10 billion mutual fund family. Prior to Wilmington Trust, Neil served for eight years as a Partner at KPMG LLP and National Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Investment Consulting Practice. Neil also spent over a decade at Kidder, Peabody & Co. where he ran the managed money area, co-founded the Analytical Investment Strategies Group, was a senior portfolio manager for Kidder Peabody Asset Management, was senior portfolio manager for the Kidder Peabody Asset Allocation Fund and ran the firm’s PRIME Asset Consulting Group. Terry Ragsdale is Chief Financial Officer of LSQ Funding Group and related entities, responsible for finance, accounting, underwriting, legal, and human resources. For over 25 years prior to joining LSQ (and sister company Viewpost) in 2013, Terry served in investment management, equity research, investment banking, and commercial banking roles with Capital Group (American Funds), J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs. At Capital Group, he represented over $1 trillion of global equity portfolios to institutional clients, managed a team of client portfolio managers, and co-managed several specialized U.S. equity portfolios. At J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, Terry was the senior equity research analyst covering the U.S. semiconductor sector. Earlier in his J.P. Morgan career, he structured and placed U.S. commercial real estate transactions largely with Japanese investors and was a lender and advisor to U.S. corporate clients. Terry earned his B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University (a long time ago). Prior to joining First Associates, he developed the Loan Servicing Business for CSC, managed divisions for NovaStar, HSBC/ Household, and GE Capital, working with banks, investment banks, finance companies, and credit unions on a national level. Chiavaro has strong historical ties to the rating agencies built over years of experience in the consumer finance industry, and was active in the first marketplace lending securitization for Eaglewood Capital, CAN Capital and Blackrock’s securitization for Prosper’s loans.

Since its public offering in 2007, Triangle has invested approximately $2.5 billion in middle market companies, primarily in support of leveraged buyouts. Mr. Burgess chairs the investment committee, leads the investment team and is responsible for the overall investment strategy of Triangle. Mr. Burgess was a co-founder of Triangle Mezzanine Fund LLLP in 2003, the private predecessor to Triangle Capital. Prior to co-founding Triangle, Mr. Burgess spent five years as Vice President of Oberlin Capital, a mezzanine fund focused on making debt and equity investments in the lower middle market. While at Oberlin, Mr. Burgess was responsible for all aspects of the investment process and served as the lead partner on multiple transactions. Terry Ragsdale is Chief Financial Officer of LSQ Funding Group and related entities, responsible for finance, accounting, underwriting, legal, and human resources. For over 25 years prior to joining LSQ (and sister company Viewpost) in 2013, Terry served in investment management, equity research, investment banking, and commercial banking roles with Capital Group (American Funds), J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs. At Capital Group, he represented over $1 trillion of global equity portfolios to institutional clients, managed a team of client portfolio managers, and co-managed several specialized U.S. equity portfolios. At J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, Terry was the senior equity research analyst covering the U.S. semiconductor sector. Earlier in his J.P. Morgan career, he structured and placed U.S. commercial real estate transactions largely with Japanese investors and was a lender and advisor to U.S. corporate clients. Terry earned his B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University (a long time ago). Terry grew up in the South, lives with his family in New York City, and spends a lot of time on JetBlue between New York and LSQ headquarters in Orlando.

Mr. Eckel has led Hannon Armstrong in the role of President and CEO since 2000, and was also with the firm from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Marsiello, who began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. in 1974, has more than 44 years of cycle-tested experience. He retired in February 2008 as vice chairman and chief lending officer of CIT Group. Previously at CIT Group, Mr. Marsiello served as group chief executive in the Commercial Finance Group. Through the Business Credit Group (asset-based and cash flow loans) and Commercial Services Group (the largest U.S. factoring company), the Commercial Finance Group served 3,000 clients representing $9 billion (18%) of CIT Group’s managed assets and 25% of the company’s net income.

Mr. Marsiello is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association. In the fall of 2008, the Turnaround Management Association elected him to the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Hall of Fame. He also serves as a trustee of St. Francis College (Investment Committee Chair) and of National Jewish Health in Denver, CO.

Mr. Burgess is a co-founder, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE: TCAP), and also serves on its board of directors. Since its public offering in 2007, Triangle has invested approximately $2.5 billion in middle market companies, primarily in support of leveraged buyouts. Mr. Burgess chairs the investment committee, leads the investment team and is responsible for the overall investment strategy of Triangle. Mr. Burgess was a co-founder of Triangle Mezzanine Fund LLLP in 2003, the private predecessor to Triangle Capital. Prior to co-founding Triangle, Mr. Burgess spent five years as Vice President of Oberlin Capital, a mezzanine fund focused on making debt and equity investments in the lower middle market. While at Oberlin, Mr. Burgess was responsible for all aspects of the investment process and served as the lead partner on multiple transactions. Prior to Oberlin, Mr. Burgess was an Associate at Cherokee International Management, a Raleigh based private equity fund. While at Cherokee, Mr. Burgess focused on evaluating and structuring private investment opportunities in the emerging economies of Eastern Europe. Mr. Burgess advises many early-stage entrepreneurs and is involved as a mentor with Praxis Labs, an accelerator for not-for-profit and for-profit entrepreneurs. Andrea Petro is an Executive Vice President and Division Manager of the Lender Finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance, based in Dallas, Texas. The Lender Finance division is a leading provider of credit facilities starting at $15 million to middle-market, specialty finance companies throughout North America such as factors and asset-based lenders, equipment leasing and finance companies, and other specialty finance companies. With over 20 years of experience in the asset-based lending industry, Andrea Petro established the Lender Finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2000, which was known as Wells Fargo Foothill at the time, with the exclusive mission of providing financing for specialty finance companies. Her success with the Lender Finance division led to the expansion of her role and the formation of the Resort Finance and Supply Chain Finance units. Prior to joining Foothill, Andrea was Senior Vice President, National Marketing Manager of the Financial Services Funding Division of Transamerica Business Credit. Andrea earned her bachelor of arts degree from Kent State University and her masters of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. David is currently President& CEO of Siena Lending Group, an independent specialty finance company, headquartered in Stamford, CT. He started this business in 2012.

Prior to Siena, David was CEO of Burdale Capital Finance (BCF) a wholly owned asset based lending subsidiary of the Bank of Ireland which provided transatlantic financing solutions to a $1.7B portfolio of clients. In 2006, David was hired to start BCF which was sold to Wells Fargo in 2012 as part of the bank deleveraging required by the IMF bailout of Ireland.

Before starting Burdale, David was a Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory Services practice at Huron Consulting Group.

David started his career at the CIT Group\Credit Finance, eventuallybecoming EVP/Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Marsiello joined Pine Brook in April 2010 and is a managing director. He is dedicated to the commercial bank and consumer and commercial finance segments of Pine Brook’s financial services investment practice. Mr. Marsiello currently represents Pine Brook as a director of Amedeo Capital Limited, Strategic Funding Source Holdings, LLC, and United PanAm Financial Corp.

Mr. Marsiello, who began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. in 1974, has more than 44 years of cycle-tested experience. He retired in February 2008 as vice chairman and chief lending officer of CIT Group. Previously at CIT Group, Mr. Marsiello served as group chief executive in the Commercial Finance Group. Through the Business Credit Group (asset-based and cash flow loans) and Commercial Services Group (the largest U.S. factoring company), the Commercial Finance Group served 3,000 clients representing $9 billion (18%) of CIT Group’s managed assets and 25% of the company’s net income.

Mr. Marsiello is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association. In the fall of 2008, the Turnaround Management Association elected him to the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Hall of Fame. He also serves as a trustee of St. Francis College (Investment Committee Chair) and of National Jewish Health in Denver, CO.

Mr. Marsiello holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Francis College, a Certificate in Banking Management from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers, and an M.B.A. from Pace University. He also has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Following CIBC, Mr. Rosen joined Wellspring Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on middle market value investments, as a senior associate, where he was involved with over $225 million of equity investments by the firm including working on the firm's successful acquisition and public listing of Susser Holdings and acting as a temporary CFO for a distressed portfolio company.

In September 2007, Mr. Rosen joined Solar Capital Partners. Prior to joining First Associates, he developed the Loan Servicing Business for CSC, managed divisions for NovaStar, HSBC/ Household, and GE Capital, working with banks, investment banks, finance companies, and credit unions on a national level. Chiavaro has strong historical ties to the rating agencies built over years of experience in the consumer finance industry, and was active in the first marketplace lending securitization for Eaglewood Capital, CAN Capital and Blackrock’s securitization for Prosper’s loans.

Chiavaro is a graduate of the GE Management Institute and GE Six Sigma program. He is a former semi-pro ice hockey player and a current HS and youth hockey coach.

Prior to co-founding Triangle, Mr. Burgess spent five years as Vice President of Oberlin Capital, a mezzanine fund focused on making debt and equity investments in the lower middle market. While at Oberlin, Mr. Burgess was responsible for all aspects of the investment process and served as the lead partner on multiple transactions. Prior to Oberlin, Mr. Burgess was an Associate at Cherokee International Management, a Raleigh based private equity fund.
