Dr. Lynn has over 25 years experience in national and international markets, investing and managing tens of billions of dollars in commercial real estate portfolios.Dr. Lynn has extensive familiarity with medical office building real estate with more than 40 deals totaling $750 million in gross asset value.

Before founding Everest Medical Core Properties, he founded and led Everest Investment Property, served as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Portfolio Management at Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc., as a Partner and Managing Director at ING Clarion Partners and as a Senior Manager at AIG Global RE, Avalon Bay Communities and the Target Corporation.

As a preeminent thought leader in the commercial real estate industry, Dr. Lynn speaks frequently at national industry events and media interviews. From October 2011 to September 2012, Ms. Neyland served as an independent director and Audit Committee Chair of Steadfast Income REIT. Ms. Neyland has considerable experience in real estate investment, development and finance. Most recently, while with Montecito Medical Investment Company, she advised the company in the acquisition of 43 medical properties with over two million square feet in 13 states, as well as the acquisition of 8,300 apartments in 29 communities. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Neyland served as Executive VP, Treasurer and Investor Relations Officer of United Dominion Realty Trust (“UDR”), where she was responsible for capital market transactions, banking relationships and presentations to investors and Wall Street analysts. She is a frequent speaker at conferences on real estate capital markets and REITs. She joined Agree Realty Corporation’s (ADC) board of directors in September 2016 and is a member of its audit committee.

Ms. Frankel was a Vice President/Senior Credit Officer in the Commercial Real Estate Finance group at Moody’s Investors Service from 1998 until August 2016. At Moody’s she was responsible for a ratings portfolio of large real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate operating companies (REOCs) in the United States and Canada where she interacted daily with senior management at issuers, institutional investors, and investment bankers. Prior to joining Moody’s, Ms. Frankel was a Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Management for the Argo Funds, a real estate opportunity fund with $1.5 billion in assets, responsible for portfolio management, financing, investor relations, and dispositions for investments in operating companies and direct property investments throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Ms. Frankel previously held various positions in the commercial real estate industry including that of Senior Manager at the Ernst & Young Real Estate Group; a Director in the Financial Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.; an Officer who played a key role in establishing the commercial mortgage group at J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC; and a real estate investment banker and senior tax attorney at Salomon Brothers Inc. In these positions, her experience encompassed initiating, negotiating, and executing equity and debt transactions for corporate and institutional clients, in addition to restructurings, workouts, M&A, and strategic advisory assignments.

She is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. Mr. D’Vari is a member of NewOak’s executive committee.

Prior to co-founding NewOak in 2008, Mr. D’Vari served as head of structured finance at BlackRock, where he co-managed $90 billion in fixed-income assets. At Blackrock, he developed the “reality-based” loan-level approach to valuation of structured securities transactions, was instrumental in establishing BlackRock Mortgage Investors and setting up the BlackRock distressed mortgage fund, PennyMAC. Prior to this, Mr. D’Vari worked at State Street Research for 12 years, ultimately heading the MBS/ABS/CMBS Portfolio Management and Trading team. Ms. Frankel previously held various positions in the commercial real estate industry including that of Senior Manager at the Ernst & Young Real Estate Group; a Director in the Financial Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.; an Officer who played a key role in establishing the commercial mortgage group at J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC; and a real estate investment banker and senior tax attorney at Salomon Brothers Inc. As President & CEO of the Investment Program Association, Tony brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry – from capital markets, due diligence, corporate accounting, finance, audit, customer relations, administration, to sales and marketing. Prior Tony served as the Director of Capital Markets for UDF. Prior to UDF he served as President and CEO for FactRight, LLC, a leading third party independent due diligence and research firm. Tony oversaw FactRight’s strategic initiatives, business development and operations. Prior to FactRight, Tony was the Director of National Sales for a national real estate syndicator and was responsible for over $225 million in equity raised. His twenty years working for Fortune 100 companies, including eighteen years of corporate finance, tax and audit with Verizon Communications, have provided him with unique leadership expertise and a global business perspective.

Prior to assuming the role of President and CEO, Tony sat on the board of directors of the Investment Program Association and chaired the finance committee and was a member of the Investment Program Association compensation and Alternative Investment committees. He sat on Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association’s (f/k/a REISA) board of directors and executive committee, and chaired the finance, due diligence and membership committee.

Tony is a graduate of De Paul University School of Commerce, attended Business School at the University of Dallas, taught for the Institute of Internal Auditors and has been recognized as a distinguished instructor for the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Ryan Feit is the CEO and Co-Founder of SeedInvest. Ron D’Vari is NewOak’s chief executive officer and co-founder. He is responsible for advising NewOak clients in matters throughout the structured products and fixed-income asset lifecycle. In this role, Mr. D’Vari leads the analyses concerning portfolio construction, structuring, securitization, reps and warrants, portfolio management, valuation, credit and market risks and trading management. Mr. D’Vari is a member of NewOak’s executive committee.

Prior to co-founding NewOak in 2008, Mr. D’Vari served as head of structured finance at BlackRock, where he co-managed $90 billion in fixed-income assets. At Blackrock, he developed the “reality-based” loan-level approach to valuation of structured securities transactions, was instrumental in establishing BlackRock Mortgage Investors and setting up the BlackRock distressed mortgage fund, PennyMAC. Prior to this, Mr. D’Vari worked at State Street Research for 12 years, ultimately heading the MBS/ABS/CMBS Portfolio Management and Trading team. He was one of three members of the firm’s Bond Policy Committee that managed $27 billion of fixed-income assets, and he established and led State Street’s collateralized debt obligation business and quantitative research team.

Steven was previously a managing director at Bear Stearns’ real estate investment banking group, where he worked for over eight years, primarily executing public equity, debt and preferred stock offerings, and mergers and acquisitions in the REIT sector. Steven began his career KPMG LLP, where he worked in the assurance division focusing on real estate and financial institution clients.

Before joining American Realty Capital Properties, Ms. Beeson was Global Head of Real Estate M&A for Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Beeson was also a Managing Director working on mergers and acquisitions for Wachovia Securities and Morgan Stanley. She has been the lead advisor on over $400 billion of transactions, including many marque transactions in the real estate space. Ms. Beeson has extensive experience working with Boards of Directors around strategic alternatives and activist shareholders. Ms. Beeson holds a B.A in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Douglas W. Vicari is Chesapeake Lodging Trust’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a Trustee, positions he has held since the company’s IPO in January 2010. Prior to co-founding the Trust, Mr. Vicari served as a principal with Paramount Hotel Group, a hotel owner, developer and operator, from January 2009 to June 2009. Previously, Mr. Vicari served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Highland from September 2003 until its sale in July 2007. Prior to joining Highland, Mr. Vicari served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Prime Hospitality Corp., a former NYSE-listed company acquired by an affiliate of The Blackstone Group in 2004, from August 1998 to July 2003, and also served on the board of directors of Prime Hospitality Corp. from May 1999 to July 2003. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Prime Hospitality Corp. from January 1991 to July 1998, and was an instrumental member of the management team that led the company out of bankruptcy in July 1992. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Vicari was Director of Budgeting and Financial Planning for Prime Hospitality Corp, and was responsible for all budgeting, planning and forecasting. Prior to his tenure at Prime Hospitality Corp., Mr. Vicari held numerous management positions at Combustion Engineering (now a part of ABB Group) from 1981 to 1986. Mr. Vicari earned a B.S. in Accounting from the College of New Jersey and received his M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Vicari also currently serves on the board of directors and as the audit committee chairman for Thunderbird Resorts Inc. (Euronext: TBIRD), a publicly traded gaming and lodging company.

  • You may substitute delegates at any time. iGlobal Forum does not provide refunds for cancellations.
  • For cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the conference you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another iGlobal Forum conference for up to one year from the date of issuance.
  • For cancellations received seven (7) days or less prior to an event (including day 7), no credit will be issued. In the event that iGlobal Forum cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future iGlobal Forum event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.
  • In the event that iGlobal Forum postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future iGlobal Forum event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
  • iGlobal Forum is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. iGlobal Forum shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
