About The Conference

As investors seek greater transparency and control over their capital, independent sponsors have taken the opportunity to step into the role left by shifts in the private equity industry since the recession and shop for deals and returns individually. Both capital providers and independent sponsors are looking for better control in their investments, and these partnerships have begun to take on new life beside traditional funds that have limited LP liquidity and clarity on investments in the past. iGlobal Forum is pleased to present the 3rd Independent Sponsors Summit, taking place in New York on April 19th and 20th to cover the most up-to-date developments and trends in the independent sponsor model.  This event will act as an educational platform, as well as a forum for connecting both sides of the industry and provide one-on-one networking opportunities.
