In 2008, Mr. Wagner co-founded Knighthead after being involved in the distressed and high yield business for many years. Prior to Knighthead’s founding, Mr. Wagner was most recently employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was a managing director responsible for running the distressed and high yield credit trading desks. He also co-managed the firm’s Capital Structure Franchise Trading desk which combined the trading of credit and equity products issued by stressed and distressed companies. Mr. Wagner oversaw 22 traders specializing in a variety of credit and equity products including cash bonds, credit default swaps, listed and OTC equities, convertible bonds, preferred stock and equity options. Mr. Wagner was also active in the firm’s mentoring, recruiting and diversity programs. Prior to joining Goldman in 2000, he was employed for two years at Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) as a high yield trader and special situations desk analyst. Mr. Wagner graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from Columbia Business School in 1999 and worked full time at CSFB during his second year of studies. Prior to attending business school, he worked for 5 years at Ernst & Young, LLP in the firm’s hedge fund practice providing audit and consulting services to a wide range of investment funds. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, LLP, Mr. Wagner was registered as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and the Cayman Islands. Mr. Wagner graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992.

James Viceconte is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Global Opportunistic Loan Strategy. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein in 2013, he was partner in GMG Investment Advisors, an emerging market–focused credit fund managing a range of secured and unsecured investment strategies. Before that, Mr. Viceconte was a managing director at Citigroup and its predecessor firms, where he was in charge of principal investment strategies in the Special Situations Group for all non-mortgage consumer assets in the US and all consumer and small commercial receivables in Latin America. He began his career in the US mortgage and asset-backed markets at Salomon Brothers, and expanded into secured-asset strategies in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Mr. Viceconte holds a BS in finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Peter Sotoloff is a Managing Director of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies fund series and is a founding Member of the Advisor.  Mr. Sotoloff oversees structured finance acquisitions including both origination and legacy loan portfolio investment activities on behalf of the fund.  Mr. Sotoloff is a member of the Investment Committee for Blackstone Mortgage Trust (NYSE: BXMT) and serves on the board of Landmark Apartment Trust.  Mr. Sotoloff is based in New York. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Sotoloff was a Principal at Tribeca Associates, an institutionally capitalized owner, operator and developer in New York City. Mr. Sotoloff oversaw the acquisition, financing and development of large scale office, lodging, for-sale residential and mixed-use assets and portfolios. Prior to that, Mr. Sotoloff oversaw US financing, nonperforming loan acquisition and global currency and interest rate risk management strategies for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, a series of global opportunity funds. In addition, Mr. Sotoloff was involved with the management of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Special Situations Fund investment program. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sotoloff was with Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds, a global real estate opportunity fund sponsor. Mr. Sotoloff has been involved in analyzing and structuring acquisitions and financing for numerous real estate investments across all property types and geographies. Mr. Sotoloff graduated with highest honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate Finance and Management, and completed the International Business Strategies Program at the London School of Economics. Mr. Sotoloff is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Urban Land Institute, the CRE Finance Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Solomon joined Halcyon in 2004.  During his tenure at Halcyon, Mr. Solomon has focused primarily on special situation and distressed asset investing. Prior to joining Halcyon, Mr. Solomon was a Senior Research Analyst with Triage Capital Management, an event-driven hedge fund focused on special situation, distressed and capital structure arbitrage investing.  At Halcyon and Triage, Mr. Solomon has served on official equity committees, ad hoc bond committees and bank steering committees.  Committees Mr. Solomon has participated in have included Impath Inc., Kasper Ltd., Nortel Networks, Big West Oil, Spansion Inc., Affinity Gaming (Herbst Gaming) and Aliante Gaming.

Mr. Solomon stared his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in their Private Placement Group after completing Chase’s Credit Training Program. Prior to forming FCO, he was the head of municipal trading at Goldman Sachs, overseeing all capital commitments, flow trading, money markets, collateralized lending and issuer derivatives. Mr. Negroni joined Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in 2005, to build and lead the Municipal Proprietary Trading and Structured Products businesses. Mr. Mansour is a member of several professional organizations and is a frequent speaker on acquiring underperforming companies and distressed investing.  In addition, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hathaway Brown School, the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, the Western Reserve Land Conservancy, and the Visiting Committee of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. James Gereghty is a Managing Director at Siguler Guff and is Head of Distressed Investing for the Firm.  In this capacity, Mr. Gereghty is responsible for investment selection and monitoring, asset allocation, due diligence and portfolio risk management.  Mr. Gereghty has over 16 years of capital markets experience, 13 of which he has spent focusing on distressed debt and private equity.
 
Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. Gereghty was a founding member of the Distressed Debt Group at Wachovia Capital Markets.  Previously, he served as Head of Distressed Analytics at UBS.  Prior to working at UBS, Mr. Gereghty was a senior member of the distressed debt research staffs at both Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns.  Throughout his career, Mr. Gereghty was actively involved in the restructuring activities of various bankruptcy workouts including Enron, Adelphia, Delta, Northwest and Delphi.  Mr. Gereghty began his career at Morgan Stanley working on the MBS/ABS trading desk in 1993. Mr. Grossman most recently served as a Director and President of Signature Group Holdings, Inc. (SGGH) and was also a member of the board's Executive, Risk and Legal Committee. SGGH is the corporate successor to Fremont General Corporation, one of the largest pre-2008 sub-prime mortgage originators, and Mr. Grossman participated actively in the myriad of operational accounting, regulatory, legal, personnel and marketplace issues which confronted SGGH upon its emergence from Chapter 11 in mid-2010.

Prior to joining SGGH, Mr. Grossman served as a Managing Director at Ramus, LLC, a $3 billion multi-strategy fund, where he managed a #350 million distressed credit and derivatives portfolio and a group of five experienced investment professionals. From 2006-2008, he oversaw distressed debt, derivatives and special situations portfolios at Del Mar Asset Management, LP, an $800 million multi-strategy fund, where he also served on the Management Committee overseeing all firm operations and portfolios. From late 1999 through mid-2006 Mr. Grossman co-managed the distressed and credit portfolio for Alpine Associates LP, a 40 year old risk arbitrage firm. Mr. Grossman has also been affiliated with Balfour Investors Inc. and The Recovery Group, LP, where he began managing and investing in special situation companies. Mr. Grossman began his career as an attorney with Shea & Gould, specializing in bankruptcy, creditor's rights and commercial litigation.

Mr. Grossman has also served on the boards of e-Lottery, Inc. Evercom Systems, Texas-New Mexico Power, Inc., and Roberts Consolidated Industries (Chairman). Additionally, he has served on numerous official and unofficial creditor and shareholder committees.  Chuck Lee is an Executive Director in the CMBS Capital Markets Group at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (“JPM”) where he focuses on a variety of securitization and financing initiatives and transactions on behalf of 3rd party clients in the CRE Capital Markets space.  In his current position at JPMorgan, Mr. Lee is responsible for managing the bank’s Freddie Mac Multifamily securitization activity, CRE loan acquisition and warehouse facilities, CRE CLO executions, as well as various distressed debt and NPL opportunities.  In 2012, Mr. Lee was the key architect in the development of an investment-grade rated, CRE “liquidating trust” securitization financing vehicle utilized by a number of market participants, initially with 4 consecutive JPM distributed transactions.  Prior to 2007, Mr. Lee spent 10 years at JPM in various securitization, structuring and credit capacities, after which he joined Deutsche Bank’s Global CRE Group (“DB”) for four years, and later returned to JPM in 2010.  Before joining DB, Mr. Lee was Head of CMBS Transaction Management at JPM, supervising securitization teams in NY and GA, in addition to establishing a defeasance advisory practice at the firm.  While at DB, Chuck served as an advisor to Freddie Mac in launching the K-Series CME Multifamily securitization program, and as an advisor to the FDIC on structured sales of distressed loans, in addition to his responsibilities as a senior securitization banker for the firm’s CMBS conduit and large loan platforms.

Mr. Lee began his professional career in the early ‘90s at FCI, a firm that specialized in asset management, workout and liquidation services for the RTC and FDIC. He currently resides in New York City and holds a B.A. in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Yale University.
