Mr. Uhlein is the Managing Principal and Founder of Grenadier Capital LLC.  Grenadier Capital is a boutique investment banking and advisory firm focused on the structured finance, specialty finance, municipal and infrastructure areas.    Grenadier Capital’s Managing Principal, has over 25 years’ experience and relationships in these sectors, as a lawyer, banker, and risk underwriter/lender. Grenadier Capital has been active with clients and products relating to: RMBS lenders, CDS/CLN trading platform, annuity reinsurance, specialty finance companies, and new credit intermediation models, among others.  Grenadier Capital, through its Managing Principal, will invest its own capital and will raise capital on behalf of it clients.

Mr. Uhlein is also a Partner at RoundTable Financial Group.  RoundTable provides investment and advisory services in the alternative asset space.  The focus is on hedge fund investments, mergers or acquisitions, seeding and incubation, private equity investments, marketing and sales advisory services. RoundTable has a global network in both the product and marketing sides of the industry.

Previously, Mr. Uhlein worked at Ambac Financial Group for over 15 years, as Executive Vice President and was Founder and Chairman of Ambac UK Ltd.   In his last position, he ran the US Structured Finance and Emerging Markets business(excluding CDOs), which included Student Loans, Mortgage related product, Credit Cards, Utilities, Insurance, Conduits, Project Finance, and Commercial Loans (including small and big ticket leasing).  Mr Uhlein is credited with started many businesses, as well as developing and growing many others.   Mr. Uhlein was a member of the Senior Management and Senior Credit Committees.   Mr. Uhlein was also an investment banker at Kidder, Peabody and started his career as a lawyer at Skadden, Arps.

Ms. Sinsley is a frequent private consultant in class actions and has handled numerous regulatory investigations. She has appeared on the TODAY Show, and Fox Business News. In 2008, Mrs. Sinsley obtained the third formal opinion letter ever issued by the FTC and in 2010, along with David Medine; she was issued a rare closing letter in an investigation involving probate collections.  On November 28, 2011 her case of Mims v. Arrow was heard before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Sinsley is a member of the Florida Bar. She is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) and was previously co-founder and the co-chairperson of the In-house Counsel Division of NARCA.  She is also a member of the Democratic Attorney’s General Association (DAGA).  She serves as DBA International’s General Counsel.

With over 20 years of experience in the asset-based lending industry, Andrea Petro established the Lender Finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2000, which was known as Wells Fargo Foothill at the time, with the exclusive mission of providing financing for specialty finance companies.  Her success with the Lender Finance division led to the expansion of her role and the formation of the Resort Finance and Supply Chain Finance units. Prior to joining Foothill, Andrea was Senior Vice President, National Marketing Manager of the Financial Services Funding Division of Transamerica Business Credit.

Mr. Flowers was a co-founder and Partner of TTM Capital, LLC, an investment firm focused on acquiring and lending against portfolios of financial and other assets. Prior to TTM, Mr. Flowers was a Managing Director and co-head of the Assets Group at D.B. Zwirn & Co. Previously, Mr. Flowers was an Executive Vice President at PPM America, Inc. where he founded and led the Structured Finance and CDO Management Group.  Mr. Flowers began his career in credit and leverage finance investing at Alliance Capital Management and Connecticut National Bank. Mr. Moore is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of MidCap Financial, where he is responsible for all finance and accounting activities.  MidCap is a commercial finance company focused on middle market lending in the broad national healthcare industry.  MidCap specializes in $5 million to $200 million loans. The company is headquartered in Bethesda, MD, with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, and focuses in four areas:

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Moore was Senior Vice President/Segment Leader at GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services, where he was responsible for managing national Core Asset-Based Lending activities.  GE’s healthcare asset-based portfolio comprised approximately $1 billion in fundings to approximately 200 clients.   Prior to this assignment, Mr. Moore managed all portfolio activities for GE Healthcare Financial Services and its predecessors, overseeing a $3.1 billion portfolio of cash flow, real estate, and asset-based loans to the healthcare industry.
Before entering the healthcare lending industry in 1999, Mr. Moore spent 11 years in commercial banking with Crestar Bank, Citibank (both in Washington, DC), and First Bank of New Orleans, where he was President and CEO for three years.
 
Mr. Moore holds a B.S. in Management from Tulane University and an M.B.A. with honors from Loyola University.

Joyce Frost is the co-founder of Riverside Risk Advisors, a boutique, independent derivatives advisory firm located in New York City. Joyce has over twenty-five years of experience in the interest rate, currency and credit derivatives markets starting her career when the swap market was in its infancy. Between 1986 and 1995 Joyce was responsible for marketing fixed income derivatives to corporate, project finance, real estate and other end users for The Northern Trust Company, Chase Manhattan Bank and Sumitomo Bank Capital Markets in New York. She executed hundreds of transactions ranging from plain vanilla swaps to the most complex cross-border project finance transactions in Latin America. In this capacity, she worked closely with all areas of the bank including investment banking, credit, risk management, capital markets and trading. In 1995, Joyce became Head of Marketing for Chase’s newly formed Credit Derivatives Group.  Ms. Frost contributed to the development and execution of the bank’s first credit derivatives transactions, including total return swaps, credit default swaps, off balance sheet financing vehicles and the market’s first synthetic CLO. Clients ranged from banks, insurance companies, hedge funds and corporations. As new products developed, Joyce worked with nearly every department within Chase coordinating and approving all products and activities with risk management, credit, legal, accounting, treasury, corporate finance and capital markets. Chase’s Credit Derivatives group was rated “Best in Credit Derivatives for 1997” by Global Finance Magazine and “Best in Credit Derivatives for 1998” by Derivatives Strategies Magazine in addition to other premier industry recognitions. Joyce retired in 2001, but returned to the market in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Cournot Capital Inc, the management company of Cournot Financial Products, LLC (“CFP”), a credit derivatives product company sponsored by Morgan Stanley. CFP was a highly successful seller of credit protection on senior tranches of synthetic CDOs that was successfully sold in November 2008. She completed her transition responsibilities in March, 2009 and formally launched Riverside Risk Advisors in October, 2009. Joyce is Co-Editor of the Handbook of Credit Derivatives (McGraw Hill, 1999) and author of many articles published on the use of derivatives by corporations and other end-users. She has spoken at dozens of industry conferences throughout North and South America and Europe. Joyce earned a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University Kelly School of Business and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She currently is Chair, Board of Trustees of the Bronx Charter School for Excellence, the highest performing charter school in New York State, and Secretary of the Board of Directors of New York Cares. She has three children and lives on the Upper West Side.
