About The Conference:

iGlobal Forum is pleased to present the upcoming Global REIT Summit 2013: Listed, Non-traded & Private REITs on October 2nd, 2013.  REITs have been on fire recently due to a convergence of factors—high yields, appreciation potential, inflation protection, liquidity, access to capital markets, and no corporate taxes make REITs attractive both as an investment and as an organizational structure.  To mark the opening of the conference, our speaker faculty will have the honor of ringing the NASDAQ Stock Market closing bell on October 1st.  This intensive one-day program will showcase how to navigate the global REIT universe, encompassing equity and mortgage REITs as well as listed, non-traded and private REITs.  The Summit will provide the perfect platform for REIT & real estate executives and investors, hedge fund professionals, investment bankers, lenders and asset managers to network, connect, and learn from each other.
